TOURIST Visa Requirements for UGANDA (DELHI)
    • Copy of the passport (Bio-data page)
    • Copy of recent Passport size Photograph
    • Police clearance from Interpol or home country (For multiple entry visa)
    • Vaccination Certificate (Yellow Fever)
    • Recommendation letters from 2 referees in Uganda
    • Cover Letter stating reasons for Multiple Entry

Note

    In case applicant going to attend a conference then HOTEL CONFIRMATION is mandatory


    With effect from 15th May 2018, all visa applicants must submit their application online.

    Online application can be accessed at www.visas.immigration.go.ug


    While doing online, applicant needs to select convenient option for biometrics i.e. either Entebbe Airport (Uganda) orUganda High Commission (New Delhi) for undertaking the biometrics.

     


    After onlining, a visa approval letter will be issued and emailed to email id registered during onlining.

     

    Applicant will be required to give biometrics, for which there are 2 options as listed below:-

     


    1. Biometrics at Uganda Airport :Applicant may travel to Uganda directly (with Visa Approval Letter with 6 months valid passport and return ticket) undertake the biometrics there at the Airport itself at the time of making an entry/immigration.

     


    2. Biometrics at Embassy in Delhi :Applicants can undertake the biometrics at the Embassy itself in Delhi. Applicants would need to call the Embassy and take prior appointment for the biometrics. Applicants would need to carry the Visa Approval Letter with 6 months valid passport and return ticket at the time of visiting the Embassy. Visa may also be stamped at the Passport by the Embassy


    Jetsave provides Meet and Assist Service (MAAS) at the Embassy for the applicants appearing for the biometrics (* MAAS Charges applicable)

    Rs. 7000/-
    by draft in favour of UGANDA HIGH COMMISSION New Delhi.

WORK Visa Requirements for UGANDA (DELHI)
  • The Uganda High Commission - New Delhi does not issue a Work Visa. Applicants have to go on a Business Visa and then get his/ her visa extended at Uganda.

    Further, any change in fees, additional document or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of the embassy.
