DAY 01 : DELHI - Arrival
On arrival will be received by our representative. Later transfer to the Hotel. Morning at leisure. PM proceed for half day City Tour of New Delhi visiting Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, President House, Parliament House and Connaught Place Shopping centre of New Delhi. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY 02 : DELHI - VARANASI (Overnight Train)
Departure to Railway station to connect the train to Varanasi. Overnight in the Train.
DAY 03 : VARANASI
Morning arrive Varanasi, upon arrival pick-up from railway station and transfer to the Hotel.
Later depart for Sarnath – Situated 8 Km from Varanasi is Sarnath where Buddha preached his first sermon after attaining Enlightenment at Bodhgaya. At the museum is the Ashok Pillar with its four guardian lions, used as independent India’s national emblem. On arrival visit to Chaukhandi Stupa, Moolgandha Kutir Vihara, Ashok Pillar, Dhamek Stupa, Digambar Jain Temple, Bodhi Tree, Archaeological Museum etc. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY 04 : VARANASI
At Sunrise boat ride on river Ganges. Returns to the Hotel for Breakfast. After breakfast city tour of Varanasi visit to The Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Bharat Mata Mandir, Benares Hindu University, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Mahamritunjaya Temple, etc. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY 05 : VARANASI - ALLAHABAD
Morning after breakfast proceed to Allahabad, upon arrival check-in to the Hotel.
PM visit to Sangam, the confluence of the Rivers Ganga, Yamuna and the mythological Saraswati, offer extraordinary views of the sunrise and the sunset. The annual Magh Mela, and the 12-yearly Kumbha Mela, which is India’s biggest bathing festival, is held here. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY 06 : ALLAHABAD
Morning after breakfast full day sightseeing of Allahabad. Places to see – Nagavasuki Temple, Shiv Koti, Kalyani Devi Temple, Lalita Devi Mandir, Patalpuri Temple, Allahabad’s Fort, Madan Mohan Malviya Park, Swaraj Bhawan, Bharadwaj Ashram, Nehru Park, Anand Bhawan, Allahabad University, Allahabad High Court and Hindi Sahitya Sammelan etc. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY 07 : ALLAHABAD – DELHI (Overnight Train)
Morning at leisure. Car will be on disposal till departure.
Evening departure to Railway station to connect the train to Delhi. Overnight in the Train.
DAY 08 : DELHI
Morning arrive Delhi, upon arrival pick-up from railway station and transfer to the Hotel.
Later we take you for a tour of Old Delhi visiting Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk the shopping centre of Old Delhi. Late evening transfer to the Airport for your flight to next destination.
DAY 09 : DELHI – Departure
Breakfast at the Hotel.Later transfer to Airport to connect the flight to your onward journey. |
