Authority Letter in the name of Mr. Shankar Singh for Collection of the passport on applicants behalf. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AUTHORITY LETTER NEEDS TO BE NOTARIZED NOTE All passenger need to FILL ONLINE FORM and COME PERSONALLY FOR SUBMISSION but we can collect on their behalf.
