BUSINESS	Valid passport with at least 6 month validity from the date of travel. 1 Form. (To be filled by the applicant) 1 Photo (white background), Covering letter to The Visa Officer Embassy Of Bulgaria Bulgarian Party to send Original Official Invitation(form no4) (u can see the format of invitation in our visa form section under Bulgarian forms) first page of invitation to be attested in original by ministry of interior in sofia with their reference no on it and second page to be attested by notary public in original in sofia Return Ticket. Tour Agenda (Itinerary) Exchange. Health Insurance. Latest personal bank statement(6 months) with original bank seal and signature of authorized signatory. Last three years ITR. Authority Letter duly signed by applicant on A4 sheet authorizing Mr . Nirmal Kishore/ Mr. Uday Thakur for submission and collection of passport on applicants behalf. NOTE Submission of visa applications is done by appointment only, which has to be sought over phone by the applicant/agent. If the applicant is doing the submission him/herself, he/she is advised to carry original invitation from his official / business / private partner in Bulgaria, also to carry this invitation while traveling as Bulgarian immigration officials at the border check point may ask for it.

BULGARIA TOURIST VISA

TOURIST	Valid passport with at least 6 month validity from the date of travel. 1 Form (To be filled by the applicant) 2 Photo(white background), Covering letter to The Visa Officer Embassy of Bulgaria on companies letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit. Original document/voucher/issued by a tourist organization/tour operator for prepaid tourist services. The voucher should explicitly contain the License number of the tourist organization/tour operator, issued by the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, the name and License number of the hotel, and the duration of the prepaid tourist services (applicable if the travel is part of an organized tour). Confirmed Return Ticket. Tour Agenda (Itinerary) Hotel reservation. Proof of sufficient financial means for the stay in Bulgaria. If accommodation is prepaid-minimumEUR 50 per day. If accommodation has to be arranged by the applicant personally-minimum EUR 100 per day. Documents of proof: bank statements, supported by recent income tax return forms Original and photocopy of the medical insurance policy. Authority Letter duly signed by applicant on A4 sheet authorizing Mr . Nirmal Kishore/ Mr. Uday Thakur for submission and collection of passport on applicants behalf.
