Business Visa :
 Original Passport ( all previous passports should be attached with the new one otherwise they will not accept the case)

Overseas Mediclaim policy with 30000 Euro coverage ( only selected insurance company as per the list given below)
Air tickets copy(Return Confirmed)
Hotel confirmation voucher directly from the hotel in Greece (If the Invitation does'nt say so)
Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory and that of the person travelling.
Proof of income i.e. last 3 years personal and company's I-T Challan , Original personal bank statement for last 6 months, Original Company bank statement for last 6 months, salary slip for last 6 months, PAN card copy and Forex Endorsement or copy of international credit card.
ORIGINAL INVITATION from Greece IN Greek Language to be submitted along with the case.

Important!
1) From year 2002, Indian nationals going to any European Union country including UK and Ireland, or Switzerland, Canada and USA are exempted from airport transit visa if they hold a confirmed return ticket. However those going to Geneva in specific will require a short stay Schengen visa.
2) As some countries have visa upon arrival the same must be mentioned in the covering letter.
3) Holders of a BUDDY PASS require an ordinary transit visa.

Sub :0800 hrs to 0900 hrs.
Coll : 1730 hrs to 1830 hrs (10-12 working days)
Fees : Rs. 4614/- for an adult by cash & Rs. 1538/- VFS charge PLUS Rs. 60/- as cash handling charge payable per person. GRATIS for a child aged less than 12years but VFS charges will be applicable.
